Exhale Yoga is our seasonal yoga space tucked in the back of the café — a cozy spot to slow down, stretch, and take a breather. Classes run May through October, with a $15 drop-in fee and no need to book ahead.

We offer a variety of class styles throughout the week, and all skill levels are welcome — whether you're brand new or a seasoned yogi. Just bring your mat and come as you are*.

*A small number of mats and other props are available at the studio if you do not have your own.

Weekly Schedule

  • Tuesdays at 6:30pm – Yoga with Sarah

  • Wednesdays at 10:00am – Restore

  • Fridays at 9:00am – Vinyasa
